Liquid Helium Cryostat
Ultra-Low Vibration Dry Liquid Helium Optical Cryostat System
Gas-conduction vibration isolation, nanoscale mechanical stability
Minimum 4.2K | Vibration at sample ≤50nm | Optional high-temperature stage up to 800K
The Liquid Helium Cryostat is an ultra-low vibration dry liquid helium optical cryostat system independently developed by ZEPTOOLS. It adopts a gas-conduction vibration isolation design and is installed on an optical vibration isolation platform, providing nanoscale mechanical stability for the sample stage and effectively reducing the impact of environmental vibration on measurements.
The system uses helium gas exchange to cool the sample. The cold head is supported by an adjustable bracket, which ensures structural stability while allowing flexible height adjustment. The main structure includes the refrigerator system, vacuum shroud, radiation shield, and sample holder. By configuring different types of vacuum pumps and related equipment, it can meet the sample cooling requirements of numerous low-temperature experiments; it can also be equipped with a nanoscale-precision three-dimensional positioning device (including for ultra-high vacuum environments), satisfying the observation needs of various samples.
