ZEPTOOLS PicoFemto Liquid Electrochemical Stage for SEM adopts a brand-new O-ring-assisted sealing and chip bonding design, overcoming the difficulty of sample loading in previous in-situ liquid solutions.

During experiments, the sample is sealed within a liquid cell covered by an ultra-thin silicon nitride film, which can stably hold an ambient-pressure liquid environment; the chip electrodes are connected to an external circuit, building a complete liquid-electrochemical testing environment inside the scanning electron microscope, allowing the reaction process to be directly observed within the same field of view.
