ZEPTOOLS T-station TEM Sample Holder Pre-Pumping Storage System consists of a built-in imported molecular pump group, a sample holder pre-pumping chamber, and a touchscreen display. It is suitable for TEM sample holders of various brands. It ensures that sample holders remain in a high-vacuum state for extended periods, reducing sample loading pre-pumping time and keeping sample holders clean. When paired with a microscope system, it can also perform pre-pumping leak detection on liquid chips and other components.

The equipment can be expanded with an imported plasma cleaning source accessory, simultaneously meeting multiple usage needs such as high-vacuum storage of sample holders, removal of surface carbon contamination from samples, and hydrophilic improvement of in-situ chips. One device covers the complete workflow of routine sample holder maintenance.
