Product Description
Probe Station Series
Dry Liquid Helium Temperature Probe Station
Minimum temperature 6.5K, operating temperature 6.5K~320K
A high-precision testing platform with dry refrigeration and no liquid helium required
Dry liquid helium refrigeration | 6 probe arms | Temperature control stability better than ±0.1K
The Dry Liquid Helium Temperature Probe Station is designed specifically for non-destructive probing of samples and vacuum-clean environments. It offers flexible testing and is widely used in fields such as direct current (DC), radio frequency (RF), MEMS, nanoelectronics, superconductivity, optical properties of nanostructures, quantum dots/quantum wires, and non-destructive testing.
The system adopts dry liquid helium refrigeration, requiring no liquid helium filling to stably reach an extremely low temperature of 6.5K. Combined with high-precision automatic temperature control, it enables reliable wide-temperature-range measurement. The variable-temperature sample stage can be flexibly configured in different sizes according to experimental requirements.
The entire platform maintains a high-vacuum clean environment. It comes standard with multiple probe arms and adopts a triaxial low-leakage design, balancing high-sensitivity electrical characterization with multi-scenario expansion. Combined with an imported molecular pump unit and an intelligent monitoring system, it supports long-term stable operation.
